I truly believe that one of the key pillars to delivering exceptional service is a strong client focus, which is something I take pride in every day as Client Success Manager. My approach to gaining an understanding of client needs (including systems and processes) allows us to design our project delivery for alignment with client operational requirements.

My strengths include evaluating project milestones, resolution of problems, and keeping projects on track to ensure delivery targets are met. The experience I have gained managing projects at Ernst & Young, Deloitte as well as Korn Ferry across a diverse range of industries allows me to confidently support the needs of clients every day.

When I’m not living out my work purpose, you can find me exploring the latest craft gin distillery on the quest for the perfect G & T!
