As the Global Client Services Manager, I ensure the needs of our client across our global network are met in a timely and effective manner and project work is delivered to the highest possible standard. I am also responsible for implementing client solutions, designing and delivering client and partner systems training. I also develop and maintain relationships with Sova’s subsidiaries, providing first-line escalation support.
Having undertaken roles that included project management and business analysis, I have helped to develop and implement standard operating procedures and policies within large international firms. I have worked internationally including Canada, Australia and the UK, and have had the opportunity to use data analysis to help build the best system structure for businesses.
Having lived and worked all over the world, I have a desire for travel and to experience the unknown – especially when it comes to food. I also have a love for creativity and am passionate about photography as one of my hobbies.
