A proud leader of a team who recruit around 150 Apprentices & Graduates into JCB each year, whilst also covering all areas of experienced hire recruitment, mainly within the UK but increasingly within Europe and beyond! Janine is really passionate about driving good, fair assessment processes, delivering great candidate experience, and sharing best practice, successes (and lessons learned)!

ATS Platform Lead, Group GTI
Becky leads the ATS team at Group GTI. Prior to joining GTI, Becky worked in-house as an early careers recruiter and training & development specialist at Lazard for 11 years, overseeing the full end-to-end early careers process. Becky had previously worked as an HR generalist, and before transitioning to a career in HR, Becky spent almost 9 years at Bloomberg News in roles spanning recruitment, project management and broadcast transmissions.
