When we built our assessment with Sova, we mirrored what we were doing in face-to-face assessments. We knew we wanted four exercises: a group exercise, a written exercise, an interactive exercise, and a role play. All of these exercises were designed using our competencies and values, and they measure potential. The virtual assessment events allowed us to assess candidates across the UK, expanding our reach.
