A structured path to reveal candidate potential

Immerse is a structured experience that mirrors a real workday. Instead of answering static questions, candidates move through three distinct stages of a single, continuous project.
Stage 1

Manager Briefing

Every simulation begins with a personal briefing. Sarah guides candidates through the tasks, ensuring they understand the objectives and know how to access essential reference materials before the assessment begins.
Stage 2

Task Simulation

This is the core of the experience. Candidates navigate real job scenarios through natural conversations with simulated colleagues and customers. Their responses are evaluated against a validated competency framework, giving you the evidence you need to make confident hiring decisions.
Stage 3

Manager Debrief

Once the task is complete Sarah walks candidates through their simulation, giving them the chance to explain the reasoning behind their decisions. That context enriches the scoring, so your results are more accurate, and every candidate knows they got a fair hearing.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does Immerse differ from a standard AI chatbot?
Unlike static, linear chatbots, Immerse uses Multi-Agent Intelligence. This means candidates interact with a coordinated sequence of AI characters (like a line manager or virtual customers) who adapt their responses in real-time based on the candidate's decisions, creating a truly immersive role-play.
What specific roles can Immerse simulate?
Immerse currently offers three role simulations: early careers and graduate roles, contact centre roles, and customer-facing roles.
Is the simulation accessible on mobile devices?
Yes. Immerse is fully browser-based, so candidates can complete simulations on any device, desktop, tablet, or mobile — with no downloads or installations required.
What did we do to ensure we developed Immerse ethically?
Our approach to responsible AI covers four key areas. On prediction, we make our validation data available in technical manuals. On bias, we're open about potential sources and work with clients to monitor and report on impact. On implementation, we inform candidates where and when AI is being used. And on monitoring, we continuously track our model's performance and how it operates in real-world settings.
Do candidates need prior training to use the interface?
No. The interface is designed to feel like a natural conversation, so candidates can jump straight in without any technical training or onboarding.
