  • Video interview completion rate: 31% → 56% (+80%)
  • Candidate satisfaction score: 90%
  • Clarity of instructions: 85%
  • The streamlined process enabled the Sky team to handle 55,975 applications across four high-volume roles, progressing 29,450 assessments, 12,524 video interviews, and 1,477 virtual assessment centre activities, all within a single, scalable framework.

    Alongside a significant reduction in administrative load, the recruitment team gained clarity, efficiency, and the ability to make fair, data-driven decisions.
